Cocktail of the Month
Irish Cactus
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Baileys Cinnamon Churros
- 1 oz reposado tequila (like Don Julio)
- Cinnamon stick
- Powdered cinnamon
- Ice
Instructions:
Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes. Next, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Bailey’s Cinnamon Churros and the tequila. Shake, and strain into the glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and top with powdered cinnamon.
