July Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month

Our Beer of the Month for July is Mast Landing’s Mas Vida, which translates to “more life.” This small-batch Mexican Lager has a hint of lime, and clocks in at 4.5%. Mast Landing brewed this in collaboration with Vacationland Distributors to celebrate their 10th anniversary. It’s the perfect warm-weather crusher for summer in Maine! 4-packs of 16 oz cans are available for $10.99.

July’s wine special is Toucas Vinho Verde. This young, fresh wine abounds with aromas of fresh orange peel and lemon, with stone fruit on the palate. The finish is soft and round. This traditional Portuguese white is best served well-chilled as an aperitif or paired with seafood. Toucas Vinho Verde is available for $9.99 a bottle.

Our July Liquor of the Month, Barr Hill Gin & Tonic, is actually a cocktail in a can. It’s crisp, refreshing, with the ideal balance of gin botanicals, citrus and herb notes, and that tonic bite. Made with Barr Hill Gin, sweetened with a touch of Barr Hill honey, and featuring tonic made the traditional way — from real cinchona tree bark — there are no extracts or artificial flavors. Pick up a Barr Hill Gin & Tonic 4-pack for $19.99.
